China New Holdings (08125.HK) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chanli Liquor Industry to jointly establish a subsidiary to participate in the development and distribution of Chanli liquor products with growth potential.

The Zhixin Finance APP reported that China New Holdings (08125.HK) announced on June 2, 2026 that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Chantelier (Shanghai) Liquor Co., Ltd. (Chantelier Liquor Co.). According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the group and Chantelier Liquor Co. will establish a strategic partnership, focusing on Chantelier Liquor, a Chinese independent female-oriented luxury white liquor, as well as the development, sales, and marketing of other Chinese white liquors and grape wines.
