Paramount seeks EU approval to acquire Warner Bros.

A document from the European Commission shows that Paramount SkyDance Company applied to the EU antitrust department on Tuesday for approval of its acquisition of Warner Brothers Discovery. The European Commission, as the EU's competition regulatory agency, has set a deadline of July 7 for making a decision.
