The order specifies that the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury is required to lead the establishment of a centralized AI cybersecurity information center, coordinating voluntary cooperation between the artificial intelligence industry and operators of key infrastructure under the principle of voluntary collaboration; the center will coordinate and streamline software vulnerability detection efforts, complete vulnerability discovery and verification, prioritize vulnerability repair levels, and centrally distribute vulnerability patches.
