The "Father of RT-Mart" and founding chairman of Peking University Guanghua School of Management, Yin Yanliang, has passed away at the age of 76.

On May 26, the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University released an obituary: Mr. Yin Yanliang, an outstanding entrepreneur, renowned philanthropist, and founding chairman of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, passed away in Taipei on May 26, 2026, at the age of 76. According to public records, Yin Yanliang was one of the most representative entrepreneurs in Taiwan, China, and he single-handedly created the "Runtai Kingdom" spanning construction, real estate, finance, department store retail, biotechnology and medical care, and international investment. The large-scale distribution system he established in mainland China, Da Runfa, earned him the title of "Father of Da Runfa" by the outside world.
