SAPISA: Controlling shareholder Lin Hongyuan releases pledged 2.94% shares.

SAP announced that the actual controller Lin Hongyuan has released a pledge of 11.01 million shares, accounting for 9.03% of his and the concerted action person's shareholding, and 2.94% of the company's total share capital. The release date is May 22, 2026. After the release, Lin Hongyuan holds 28.95 million shares without any remaining pledge; Lin Hongyuan and the concerted action persons Yonghe Industry, Yihuo Medical, Tonghui Medical, and Lin Hongli collectively hold 122 million shares, accounting for 32.60% of the company's total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 42.61 million shares, accounting for 34.94% of their total shareholding and 11.39% of the company's total share capital.
