On May 26th, it was learned from a press conference on the series of supporting documents for promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in Guangzhou that Guangzhou will continue to improve the housing market and housing security systems, constantly optimize real estate regulation measures. The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Center, and other departments have introduced supporting detailed rules for land supply, special subsidies for "selling old and buying new," and "commercial to public" matters. Huadu District has quickly responded by launching specific measures known as the "Huadu Eight Measures." State-owned enterprises led by Guangzhou Anju Group are accelerating the launch of pilot projects to revitalize the acquisition of second-hand housing.
