Taihao Technology (600590.SH) shareholder Taihao Group plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Taihao Technology (600590.SH) announced that the shareholder Taihao Group Limited ("Taihao Group") holding 15.0749% of the company's shares plans to reduce its holdings within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure of this reduction plan. The reduction will not exceed 8.5287 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading; and will not exceed 17.0574 million shares, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through block trading.
