Guangxi Guifen announced that on January 27th, it received an inquiry letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the issuance of shares to specific entities, and will respond to and update the application documents with the intermediary institution. After disclosing the annual report for the year 2025 on March 31st, relevant documents were updated simultaneously.
