China Construction Wisdom and Wharf Real Estate's new joint venture project has entered the public notice period.

On May 20th, the website of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation showed that a new joint venture between Zhidi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Swire Properties Limited has entered the public announcement period, which will last from May 19, 2026 to May 28, 2026. According to the public announcement form for simplified cases of operator concentration, Swire Properties Limited has signed an agreement with Zhidi Real Estate Co., Ltd. through its subsidiary Xuan Shan Limited to jointly establish the target company. The target company is mainly engaged in real estate development and operation. After the transaction, Zhidi Real Estate and Swire Properties will each hold 65% and 35% equity in the target company, forming joint control.
