China Ping An continues to increase its holding of Agricultural Bank of China H shares. Its shareholdings account for more than 25% of the total H shares of the bank.

The latest information disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on May 18th, China Ping An increased its stake in Agricultural Bank of China's H-shares by 63.767 million shares through its subsidiary Ping An Life. After the increase, China Ping An's total H-share holdings in Agricultural Bank of China through Ping An Life, Ping An Property & Casualty, and Ping An Health Insurance reached 7.74 billion shares, exceeding 25% of the total H-shares of the bank.
