The main reason for this change was the net increase of $11.7 million in exchange losses compared to the same period in 2025, mainly due to foreign exchange fluctuations, especially the depreciation of local currencies against the US dollar. In the first quarter of 2026, the company opened 1 new Haidilao restaurant in Southeast Asia; the total number of Haidilao restaurants increased from 126 on December 31, 2025 to 127 on March 31, 2026.
