Both parties will promote the research and development of large models and agents in the film and television industry, explore the landing of AI solutions in the new entertainment industry, use AI technology to complete joint production of film and television content, derivative development of related intellectual property rights, and develop digital human actors, actor brokerage, AI simulation drama series, interactive film and television games, etc. Joy Media intends to use the permission of the company's platform for large model APIs and pay fees to the company based on token consumption. Within three years after the framework agreement comes into effect, the total target service amount to be paid to the company based on token consumption is expected to be no less than $200 million.
