Recently, a netizen left a message on the "Ask Governance Sichuan" platform, stating that Quanxing Distillery is emitting a "strong and foul odor of fermented and rotten distiller's grains", causing dizziness. In response to this, the JinNiu District Ecology and Environment Bureau replied on April 23, stating, "After the deep treatment of Sichuan Shuijingfang Co., Ltd. in the early stage, JinNiu Ecology and Environment Bureau carried out supervisory monitoring on September 26, covering unorganized emissions of waste gas, wastewater, and noise. The monitoring results all meet the relevant standards implemented by the company."
