According to the news from the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Water Resources, the main stream of the Heilongjiang River in Luobei section opened on April 24th at 13:00, which is 3 days later than usual. Currently, only the main stream of the Heilongjiang River from Luoguhe to Sandaoka and its tributaries such as Emuer River and Huma River have not opened yet, while other rivers have already opened.
