Omdia: Shipments of AMOLED panels for smartphones will decline by 7% to 778 million units in 2026.

Research and analysis firm Omdia has released a forecast, predicting that the total shipment volume of smartphone AMOLED panels will decrease to 778 million units by 2026, a 7% decline compared to 2025. Among them, rigid OLED is expected to ship 127 million units, a 17% decrease, marking the second consecutive year of decline; flexible OLED will ship 651 million units, a 5% decrease, the first decrease in this segment market in seven years.
