According to the Qichacha app, ShaoNeng SuanDian Ronghe Investment Development Co., Ltd. was recently established with Gong Fuyue as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes engaging in investment activities with its own funds, researching and developing new energy technologies, providing energy storage technology services, and energy management services. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Shaoneng Group.
