Shapsai announced that the company has signed a "Technology Transfer Agreement" with Professor Zhou Xiangtian from the Eye and Optometry Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University. Wenzhou Medical University Eye and Optometry Hospital will transfer all 10 core patents, proprietary technologies, and related rights of the cooperation product named "a method of treating myopia using SPAS-26021" to the company. The transfer price is 71 million yuan and a sales commission after the cooperation product is listed.
