Guotou Silver LOF: Warning of risk of overvaluation of fund shares, temporarily suspended trading on March 25th.

The Guotou Silver LOF announced that recently the trading price of Class A shares of the fund on the secondary market was significantly higher than the net asset value, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from March 25, 2026, until 10:30 on the same day. Redemption services will continue to be processed during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease by the end of the day, the fund reserves the right to take further measures. In addition, the fund has suspended new purchase transactions since January 28, 2026, and the resumption time will be announced separately.
