Shouhua Gas announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Houdemiao Business Consultation Co., Ltd., and its concerted action person, Shanxi Huijing Enterprise Management Consultation Co., Ltd., as well as Liu Jinli, saw their shareholding diluted passively to 14.92% due to the conversion of convertible bonds. This change in equity does not involve an increase or decrease in shareholding by shareholders, does not trigger a mandatory buyout offer, will not result in a change in control of the company, and will not impact the company's governance structure or ongoing operations.
