The Hong Kong Stock Exchange will promote three major reform measures this year.

On February 25, the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, presented the budget for the 2026/2027 fiscal year at the Legislative Council of the Special Administrative Region. The financial budget shows that in order to continue optimizing the securities market, attracting issuers, and improving market efficiency, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will promote work in three areas.
