Guizhou: By 2030, the proportion of enterprises in the total number of operating entities will increase to around 30%.

The General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province recently issued a document entitled "Several Policy Measures for Cultivating and Strengthening Business Entities." The document proposes to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with Guizhou characteristics, strengthen the focus on industries, projects, investment attraction, and business entities, and promote the improvement in quality, expansion in quantity, and vitality of business entities to consolidate the foundation of the real economy. By 2030, the total number of business entities in the province will steadily increase, the structure will continue to optimize, and the quality will significantly improve. The proportion of enterprises in the total number of business entities will increase to around 30%, and the total number of "Four Up" enterprises will reach around 25,000.
