Mercedes-Benz Beijing Automotive Co., Ltd. recalls some domestically produced EQA and EQB cars.

Recently, Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products" and the "Implementation Measures for the Regulations on the Management of Recalls of Defective Automobile Products". Recall number S2026M0026I: Starting from June 25, 2026, a total of 19,481 domestically produced EQA and EQB vehicles produced between April 1, 2021 and March 12, 2024 will be recalled. This recall activity is being conducted as a result of a defect investigation initiated by the State Administration for Market Regulation. As a result of the investigation, Beijing Mercedes-Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. will replace the high-voltage batteries for the affected vehicles through authorized dealerships to eliminate safety hazards.
