Southern Power Grid has built 118 new charging stations.
Southern Power Grid expects that during the Spring Festival holiday from February 15th to 23rd, the total amount of charging across the network will be approximately 68 million kilowatt-hours, with the two days before the return journey seeing peak demand, with a daily charging amount of around 8.6 million kilowatt-hours. According to information from Southern Power Grid, they have already built 118 new charging stations and installed 708 charging piles in key areas such as transportation hubs and rural gathering places. They are focusing on expanding charging infrastructure in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other provinces with high user demand, in order to further expand the charging network and increase supply capacity.
