In 2025, Dubai received a total of 19.59 million international overnight tourists, marking a third consecutive year of setting a new historical record.

On February 14th, the latest data released by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism showed that Dubai is expected to receive a total of 19.59 million international overnight visitors by 2025, an increase of 5% compared to the previous year, marking a new high for the third consecutive year. In December 2025 alone, Dubai received 2.04 million international overnight visitors, a 6% increase compared to the same month the previous year, exceeding the record of 1.94 million visitors in January of the same year. It is worth noting that China, as one of the most important strategic source markets for Dubai, saw a steady growth in the number of overnight visitors to Dubai in 2025, reaching 860,000.
