Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that recently it received a notification from controlling shareholder and acting in concert Luo Liguo, Luo Yedong that they have pledged some company shares. Luo Liguo pledged 10.5 million shares this time, with a total of 10.5 million shares pledged, accounting for 99.44% of the shares held by him and 0.89% of the total share capital; Luo Yedong pledged 2.5 million shares this time, with a total of 81.6 million shares pledged, accounting for 45.48% of the shares held by him and 6.90% of the total share capital. As of the announcement date, Hesheng Group and its acting in concert persons collectively hold 73.52% of the total share capital, with the total pledged shares accounting for 43.40% of their total holdings and 31.91% of the total share capital. The pledged funds are used for supplementing working capital and the risks are controllable.
