On February 13th, Far Ocean Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the group, along with its joint ventures and associated companies, had an agreement sales volume of approximately 1.15 billion yuan in January 2026; the agreement sales floor area was approximately 78,600 square meters; and the agreement sales price was approximately 14,600 yuan per square meter. The group, along with its joint ventures and associated companies, had an agreement sales volume of approximately 170 million yuan for the construction projects in January 2026; the agreement sales floor area was approximately 16,300 square meters; and the agreement sales price was approximately 10,400 yuan per square meter.
