Changzhou Xinbei Wanda Plaza Investment Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business change, with the original shareholder Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group Co., Ltd. exiting and adding China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned shareholder. Wu Hua resigned as the legal representative. Previously, China Construction First Bureau had taken over Suining Wanda Plaza Investment Company.
