Institution: Lunar New Year causes slowdown in DRAM spot trading.

According to the latest memory spot price trend report released by TrendForce, in terms of DRAM, as the Lunar New Year approaches, spot DRAM transactions have slowed down, with most traders postponing quoting and purchasing. Due to spot prices being much higher than contract prices, TrendForce expects limited short-term growth. Meanwhile, in terms of NAND, as the Spring Festival holiday approaches, various wafer manufacturers have successively taken holidays and stopped production, coupled with relatively high spot prices, leading to a decrease in market buying sentiment.
