Sanyi Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder, Hu Rongda, has reduced his holdings by a total of 7.9578 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from January 23 to February 11, 2026, accounting for 1.30% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the combined shareholding percentage of Hu Rongda and his concerted parties decreased from 61.90% to 60.60%, triggering a change in equity exceeding the 1% threshold. This reduction is in line with the previously disclosed plan and will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company, having no significant impact on the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the reduction plan has not been fully implemented.
