Yunwei Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to acquire 100% equity of Yunnan Nengtou Honghe Power Generation Co., Ltd. held by Yunnan Diantou and other companies through the issuance of shares and cash payment, constituting a related party transaction and a significant asset restructuring, without changing the actual controller. The company's stock has been suspended from December 9, 2024, and will resume trading from December 23, 2024. As of now, the related transaction is in progress, formal agreements have not been signed by all parties, and internal decision-making processes and regulatory approvals are still required. The implementation of the transaction is highly uncertain.
