It is reported that during the Spring Festival travel season, there is a huge demand for tickets on popular routes, popular time slots, and popular train services, leading to significant supply and demand conflicts. In response to this, the railway department will actively explore transportation potential, maximize train utilization efficiency, and comprehensively enhance transportation capacity. On major high-speed rail corridors such as the Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, and Shanghai-Kunming lines, nearly 1000 night high-speed trains will be operated. On days with high passenger flow, up to 14,000 passenger trains can be arranged, with seating capacity increasing by 5.3% compared to the previous year.
