On the evening of January 30th, 38-year-old Djokovic defeated 24-year-old Zverev in a five-set battle lasting over 4 hours, successfully advancing to the Australian Open final. This match not only ended Djokovic's 5 consecutive losses to Zverev, but also allowed him to step onto the Grand Slam final stage again after a year and a half.
