Zhang Quan was elected as the mayor of Hefei City.

On the morning of January 24th, the 5th session of the 17th People's Congress of Hefei City held its third plenary session. The meeting elected Comrade Zhang Quan as the Mayor of Hefei City, elected Comrade Yong Fengshan as the Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 17th People's Congress of Hefei City, and elected Comrade Zhao Haoping as the Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuratorate of Hefei City.
