McDonald's Shanghai stores have surpassed 600, with plans to open a thousand stores nationwide each year.

On January 23rd, the new flagship restaurant of McDonald's in the core commercial area of Nanjing East Road, Shanghai, appeared at the Shanghai Huangpu Huaxu International Building CUBE-style flagship store restaurant. This is also the 600th restaurant of McDonald's in Shanghai. It is reported that the total number of McDonald's restaurants nationwide now exceeds 7700, covering all provincial administrative regions. Last year, Ningxia and Qinghai were added to the map, with over 1.4 billion consumers served throughout the year. Regarding future opening plans, McDonald's pointed out that it aims to surpass 10,000 stores by 2028, with a goal of developing 1000 stores per year.
