Public information shows that in February 2024, Beijing Dongfang Zhuoyong Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc., made a new external investment, contributing a total of 370 million yuan to become a shareholder of Zhangjiakou Chongli Taowa Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
