Bangjie Group announced that as of January 20, 2026, the shareholder Suzhou Qingsong, holding more than 5% of the shares, has accumulated a reduction of 2.6677 million shares. After the reduction, the shareholding is 18.4424 million shares, accounting for 4.01% of the total shares. Suzhou Qingsong and its concerted action parties collectively hold 22.9876 million shares, accounting for 5.00% of the total shares. Recently, Suzhou Qingsong released 3 million shares from pledge, accounting for 16.27% of the current shareholding and 0.65% of the total share capital of the company. Previously, Suzhou Qingsong planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 4 million shares through centralized bidding from December 25, 2025 to March 25, 2026. In addition, Chen Jiansong's shares are frozen due to a contractual dispute. He resigned as chairman on July 21, 2025 and his shares are all restricted from sale.
