The pledged shares are used as collateral for loans to provide pledge guarantees for subsidiary companies. As of January 19, 2026, its total pledged shares with concerted action parties amounted to 53.78 million shares, accounting for 35.48% of its holdings and 10.55% of the total share capital of the company.
