Wanze shares announced that due to the cumulative conversion of 22.4824 million shares by holders of multiple convertible bonds from 2025 to 2026, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder Wanze Group and its concerted parties has decreased from 34.53% to 29.75%. The total share capital of the company before this equity change was 504 million shares, which has now increased to 510 million shares. Wanze Group remains the controlling shareholder of the company, this equity change does not involve changes in control rights of the company, and will not have a significant impact on the corporate governance and operation.
