Recently, some Shanghai residents have posted on the People's Daily website, stating that there is an urgent need for the "metro + shared biking" commuting mode in suburbs like Songjiang Songnan City, but the current shortage of shared bikes and the need to pay dispatch fees are hindering this. They suggest that the management department optimize the allocation of shared bikes in suburban areas to address the transportation difficulties. In response, the Songjiang District Transportation Committee in Shanghai stated that, after coordination, some shared bike operators have decided to gradually open trial operations in residential areas around Songjiang Station, and the Songnan City large residential area will soon complete trial operations as one of the first expanded operating areas.
