Zhtng Cijng APP News, Reitech New Materials (301238.SZ) announced that the company plans to increase its capital by 200 million yuan to Jiangsu Tairui Lianteng Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tairui Lianteng"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of its affiliated Tianji Holdings, in the form of cash. This new capital will be added to the registered capital at a rate of 1 yuan per share. Among them, New Tai Materials will contribute 150 million yuan, and the company will contribute 50 million yuan. According to the announcement, the main purpose of this capital increase is to promote and complete the construction of the second phase of Tairui Lianteng's 15,000-ton lithium hexafluorophosphate project.
