The Zhixin Finance APP reported that Yushun Feng Holdings (02132.HK) has announced that as of November 21, 2025, an Investment Committee has been established to handle matters related to the company's investments. Mr. Kenny Hoi Yang, the company's CEO and Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Committee. Independent Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Paul Kwong Bing Man and Mr. Lee Kin Kei, have been appointed as members of the Committee, effective from November 21, 2025.
