Zhitong Finance APP News, Zhidah Holdings (01707.HK) announced that Zhong (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 21, 2025. This is due to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control imposing sanctions on Mr. Chen Zhixian, the former executive director and controlling shareholder of the company, for his alleged involvement in a transnational criminal organization network scam and money laundering activities of the Crown Prince Group on October 14, 2025. These allegations have caused a conflict with Zhong's ethical responsibilities and client continued service policies. Therefore, Zhong believes it is not appropriate to continue its cooperation with the company and is unable to continue to serve as the company's auditor.
