Evergreen Group announced that the company has established a holding subsidiary, Gansu Jianrong Technology Development Co., Ltd., and obtained a business license issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Jinchang City on November 21, 2025. Gansu Jianrong has a registered capital of 60 million yuan, with Evergreen Group contributing 57 million yuan, holding a 95% stake. Gansu Jianrong will engage in licensed projects such as power generation, power transmission, power distribution and supply, as well as general projects such as research and development of new energy technologies and energy storage technology services.
