The announcement from the Central Shopping Center stated that the company, as well as the Chairman and President, Zhu Jun, the Board Secretary, Li You, and the Chief Financial Officer, Jin Fushou, received a warning letter from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau. This was due to the company's failure to timely disclose significant litigation progress in a dispute over a subsidiary's property leasing contract, as well as failure to timely account for it, leading to inaccurate disclosure of information in the 2025 interim report. The Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter and include it in their integrity file, requesting a written report to be submitted within 10 working days. The company stated that they will strengthen learning, strictly rectify the situation, and that this measure will not affect normal operations.
