Taikoo Group: Intends to increase the investment amount for the Egyptian pesticide and functional chemicals project to not more than 271 million US dollars.

Tahoe Group announced at noon that, in order to fully seize market opportunities, optimize the integrated layout of projects, and enhance the company's long-term competitiveness and economic benefits, after careful consideration by the company, it is planned to increase the total investment of the Egyptian pesticides and functional chemicals project from the original not exceeding $150 million to not exceeding $271 million. The company held the fourth meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors on November 20, to review and approve the "Proposal on Foreign Investment and Increase of Investment in the Egyptian Pesticides and Functional Chemicals Project", which still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
