According to the Chinese Executive Information Disclosure website, on November 18th, the affiliated company of the internet-famous yogurt brand Blueglass, Beijing Yuehuo Catering Management Co., Ltd., had two new entries as executed persons, with a total execution amount exceeding 2.21 million yuan. The executing courts are all from Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court. Tianyancha App shows that Beijing Yuehuo Catering Management Co., Ltd. was established in May 2012, with Gu Yong as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 15.1 million RMB. Its business scope includes catering management, hotel management, and enterprise management consulting. Shareholder information indicates that the company is jointly held by Gu Yong, Beijing Yueyueyue Information Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and Sida Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise. According to its official website, Blueglass Yogurt was founded in 2012 and is a subsidiary of Beijing Yuehuo Catering Management Co., Ltd.
