According to the WiseNews Financial APP, UBS released a research report stating that it has raised its profit forecast for Angang Steel (00347.HK) for the years 2025 to 2027, maintaining a "neutral" rating. The net loss for the first nine months narrowed by 20.4 billion yuan year-on-year, with third-quarter performance significantly below expectations. The outlook for the fourth quarter remains weak, as peak season demand has already been released in the third quarter, and the heating season may suppress consumption in November and December. The bank believes that in the absence of clear catalysts, the short-term profit outlook is unclear.
