Meiya Optoelectronics announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation application from Deputy General Manager Xi Zhengshan. He resigned from his position due to personal reasons and will not hold any position in the company after his resignation. Xi Zhengshan was originally scheduled to serve until April 20, 2026. The handover of work has been completed and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Xi Zhengshan holds 43,800 shares of the company and has no unfulfilled commitments.
