Dongsoft Rui Xin Group (09616.HK): Guangdong University, Chengdu University, and Dalian University have signed a general contracting construction contract with Huayu Construction.

Wisdom Finance APP News, Dongsoft Rui Xin Group (09616.HK) announced that on November 19, 2025, (i) Guangdong College (a consolidated affiliated entity of the Company) entered into a construction contract with Huayu Construction for the Guangdong Dongsoft College International Exchange Center Project D, E block general contract. Huayu Construction will accept the entrustment of Guangdong College to be responsible for the construction work of the project, with a provisional price of RMB 98 million: and (ii) Chengdu College (a consolidated affiliated entity of the Company) entered into a construction contract with Huayu Construction for the construction project of the Chengdu College Chengdu Soft Digital Art Development Center in Qingcheng Mountain, Dujiangyan City. Huayu Construction will accept the entrustment of Chengdu College to be responsible for the construction work of the project, with a provisional price of RMB 55 million.
