(referred to as the "issuer", "this company") publicly issued no more than 20 billion yuan of perpetual subordinated bonds to professional institutional investors. The issuance of this bond has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission under the "CSRC Permit [2025] No. 1336".
